Video for Mark's Parables

A brave group of young people worked through the text of Mark's Parable over the course of 4 weeks. They performed these parables alongside a sermon. The group thought about having a storybook projected during the performance. They made the performing and editing decisions under my direction.

This was part of my Honor's Project for seminary, PERFORMANCE AS PROCLAMATION. Oral interpretation of scripture, with the work of an ensemble, through the experience of performance, and enlivened by the Holy Spirit, is proclamation.
